Welcome to St. Andrew’s C.E. Infants’ School website!
Here at St. Andrew’s we delight in opportunities that encourage all our pupils to flourish and find life as John V 10 notes ‘in all its fullness’. We explore our vision of ‘Learning together in friendship and faith’ each day through our 6 Christian Values of Friendship, Compassion, Resilience, Forgiveness, Thankfulness and Peace.
We value our strong school community, which is often described as a family working in tandem to provide a team around each child of staff, governors and parents.
We work closely as a part of the DCAT (Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust) giving us exciting possibilities to work collaboratively with DCAT’ Schools to ensure our pupils receive the very best start to their educational career.
Every child is unique, valued and supported in their journey here to prepare them for their next step in life. St. Andrew’s is a special place - each day there is something to celebrate. There are ‘glimmers’ of joy in seeing the world through our pupils eyes. This year our pupils have shown us how they understand each Christian Value and how they respond to first-hand experiences and opportunities for enrichment. They have found a roost of red admirals gathering in the buddleia, a flock of birds passing over the playground one grey wintry morning and they place their small hands in ours – their trusted adults.
All are welcome to celebrate our pupils journey.
